Community Relations

Current Opportunity (November 2018):

Our Community Relations professionals interface directly with our assisted living and independent retirement communities providing onsite service and support to facility personnel, DMHC clinicians, and patients in multiple locations. Intensive customer service, account management, and sales skills needed.  Travel is required.

Patient and Provider Support

Patient and Provider Support positions encompass a wide range of administrative support and customer service activities, including registering patients, explaining our unique medical practice model, scheduling appointments, refilling prescriptions, reporting test results, and communicating clinically relevant information from patients and caregivers to our medical staff.

 

Lab Coordinator
Full-Time

Coordination and liaison with external lab vendor partners. Strong telephone and computer skills, multi-tasker, ability to work independently.

 

Office Coordinator
Part-Time

General administrative support, part-time; Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Strong telephone and computer skills, multi-tasker, ability to work independently.

 

Medical Coder

Medical Coders are responsible for evaluating documentation to assure correct code selection for compliance with federal regulations and insurance requirements. Experience with ICD-9/10 is desirable.

 

Administrative Assistant

This position supports the Medical Director in an operational and advisory role. Interfacing with all areas of the company, this person will resolve issues assigned by the Medical Director and spearhead projects which will improve the performance of the company. The ideal candidate will possess technical saavy, report writing capabilities, have experience with project coordination, and be a fresh thinker and master multi-tasker. College degree required.

 

Data Entry

This job role encompasses traditional data entry, mainly involving entering financial data as part of our medical claims processing team.

 

Dental Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and personable dental assistant.  The position is full-time and pay is based on several factors.  Must be X-Ray certified and be proficient with technology.

 

Medical Scheduler

Medical Schedulers are responsible for creating and maintaining daily appointment schedules for an active group of primary care physicians. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary. Experience in a healthcare setting or with Electronic Health Records is preferred but not necessary.

 

Medical Billing Specialist

Candidate must have experience in medical billing, calling insurance companies to inquire about payments, and talking to patients regarding billing questions.

 

Medical Credentialing / Insurance Enrollment Specialist

This specialist is responsible for insurance enrollment and credentialing of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and mental health professionals in federal, state and private insurance programs. Experience in the entire process is preferred along with a high level of accountability, attention to detail, organization and a sense of urgency.

Tech-Savvy Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/traits:

  • Tech-savvy

  • Thrives in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled with computer and phone set-up
  • IT troubleshooting

Clinical Data Analyst

The CDA collects data and compiles reports from multiple systems to provide key information vital to optimal business operations, management, billing, patient care and business development.
