Community Relations – Account Management/Sales
Charlotte, NC & Upstate SC
Priority consideration will be given to candidates who have an established network of colleagues in the geriatric healthcare and senior living market or experience in geriatric healthcare and account management. Within the assigned region, the Community Relations professionals are responsible for both superior customer support for existing communities, logistical support of regional clinical staff and recruitment of additional facilities to expand the DMHC customer base.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Serve as primary liaison between senior living communities and DMHC
- Intensive account management including developing and maintaining a positive relationship with personnel in communities served by DMHC
- Superior customer service including direct contact with patients and their caregivers
- Identifying and addressing any customer issues and problems and working with DMHC clinicians and office staff to establish a satisfactory resolution
- Communication and documentation of account status, needs, key contacts and leads as appropriate including regular and complete updates in CRM database
- Timely and accurate communication with management and office personnel
- Solicitation of new business
Job requirements:
- Customer service experience and focus
- Outgoing personality with an interest in healthy aging and primary care
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Patient and Provider Support

Be part of an Organizer Team of 2-6 who work directly with a team of providers to manage patient needs. Organizers take calls, respond to emails, obtain and relay orders, assist with prescriptions, communicate important information between providers, patients, and caregivers, send referrals and perform other tasks related to patient care and care coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. This is a fast-paced role dealing with a variety of issues and caller types. Lab Team Associate

Our lab team members are liaisons who work with lab vendors that perform services for our patients across the Carolinas. We do not directly provide phlebotomy or lab services. We do, however, manage a variety of orders for lab services with multiple vendors. Team members enter orders for routine, stat and recurring lab tests, new patient labs, track orders, perform reporting, handle customer service inquiries and manage vendor relationships.

Fax Team Associate – We utilize electronic faxing and electronic medical record systems and move records into the appropriate places in the EMR and determine what is urgent, routine and how to handle each piece of patient-related communication. Records Clerk – This is a new position that will assist various teams to help manage medical, financial, HR and other departmental records.
